Do you come out for just one small job?
Yes. But it makes most sense for you to group several small tasks into the same visit — travel and set-up time are then shared.
How are small jobs priced?
Based on the estimated time and the materials needed, itemised in the quote. Send us your list with photos — we can often estimate without a prior visit.
Do I have to buy the materials myself?
Your choice. We can supply the materials (tap, silicone, plugs, seals…) or use what you have already bought — in that case only labour is charged.
Can you get my flat ready for the move-out inspection?
Yes. Filling fixing holes, paint touch-ups, bathroom sealant, adjusting doors and windows, replacing small parts: we work through your snag list in one or two visits.
Do you handle emergencies?
For a leak, a jammed door or broken glass, we offer a fast call-out anywhere in Luxembourg, subject to availability.
